HOW TO USE THE AFFIRMATION CARDS
Select your card of the day in the morning and read the message out loud several times.
Giving your mind a little extra time here to internalize the message ( in other words, let it marinate in your brain) will make it that much more powerful. You can even use the message as your daily journal prompt.
Carry your card of the day with you or post in a conspicuous place to reinforce the message.
Repeat the message at least one more time, out loud, in the evening. Use daily & repeat often for best results.
